Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to extend the list of seaports open for foreign tourists travelling by ship.
The government is supposed to make legislative changes that will enlarge the number of sea ports foreign tourists can enter when travelling by ship.
The changes should also envisage compulsory classification of accommodations means and a single federal register of travel agencies. The instruction is to be fulfilled by Feb 1 2016.
