According to Bloomberg, Kazakhstan has stopped pumping oil to the sea terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in Novorossiysk. After attempts by Ukrainian drones on tankers trying to load with oil, the vessels allegedly refuse to steer towards the terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
