People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina did not appear at the first hearing on her own claim for 176 million rubles to the defendants in the apartment fraud case, which was held in the Lefortovo court of Moscow. This is reported by the portal "Paragraph".
Only the singer's lawyer was present at the court session. There were also no defendants or their representatives at the meeting. Due to the non-appearance of the parties, the hearing was postponed to July 31.
Lawyer Dolina did not answer journalists' questions.
As reported by EADaily, the singer filed a lawsuit for damages from a scam with an apartment in Khamovniki in the amount of 176 million rubles. The defendants in it are Angela Tsyrulnikova, Dmitry Leontiev, Artur Kamenetsky and Andrei Osnova, convicted of real estate fraud.
