The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, benefits from the destruction of the government quarter, since this sharp escalation will kill even illusory chances of any agreement. This was stated by military expert Boris Rozhin.

According to Rozhin, Kiev is trying to force Moscow to escalate by trying to put pressure on the Russians so that they demand more decisive action from the Kremlin.

"For example, a massive demolition of the center of Kiev or, for example, the use of tactical nuclear weapons, as many demand, is a great way to further prolong the war and eliminate even illusory chances of any agreements in the foreseeable future," Rozhin explained.
