"We have suffered extremely heavy losses today. As a result of a rocket attack on the city, five people were killed. Several dozen citizens have applied to medical institutions," the publication says.
On his own behalf and on behalf of the entire regional government, the governor expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims, and wished all the wounded a speedy recovery.
According to the authorities, the industrial enterprise in the left-bank part of Voronezh, where a fire broke out, received the greatest damage. The fire has been extinguished, but the work on the analysis continues.
"Also, 10 apartment buildings received damage to facades and glazing when debris fell. In the private sector, six houses were damaged — their roofs were mostly damaged. At the moment, about 50 complaints about damage to cars have also been received," Gusev listed.
He promised that all victims of the attack will be assisted. The families of the victims will be paid 1 million rubles each, and those seriously injured will receive 300 thousand rubles each.
