1,476,769 people took part in the voting — 58.9% of voters.
According to Hovakimyan, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's party "Civil Contract" will receive 64 mandates in the new parliament, the opposition "Strong Armenia" and "Armenia" — 29 (28 plus 1 mandate for the quota of national minorities) and 12, respectively.
Representatives of the opposition forces left the CEC meeting after Hovakimyan stated that the cancellation of the election results at three polling stations did not affect the final results.
At the same time, six opposition blocs and parties of Armenia recognized the parliamentary elections as illegitimate. They made a joint statement in which they blamed the further escalation of the situation in the country on Pashinyan, said the chairman of the Strong Armenia party, Aram Vardevanyan.
