The United States struck two reservoirs during an attack on the city of Sirik in southern Iran, the Iranian state television and radio company IRIB reports.
"During the US attack on Syria, two reservoirs were hit, as a result, the water supply was completely turned off in this area," the report said.
Earlier, Iranian media reported the sounds of explosions in the southern regions of Iran: in Syria, in Bandar Abbas, Jask, and also on the island of Qeshm.
Simultaneously with the appearance of these messages, the central command of the US Armed Forces (CENTCOM) announced the launch of retaliatory strikes against Iran following the attack on the Apache AH-64, which, according to Trump, was shot down by the Iranians.
