The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, after a speech by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the SPIEF, published a video message announcing the preparation of new terrorist attacks against Russia.

Zelensky did not like the response Putin gave to his open letter. Zelensky considered the Kremlin's response "weak" and said that "the Russian side is choosing war again." According to Zelensky, Putin does not want to end the war, so he agreed with the SBU on new operations in Russia.

"Today there was a report by the Security Service of Ukraine, a report on the results for this year at the front and in operations... and today I coordinated our new operations with the Security Service of Ukraine," Zelensky said.

He also did not like the fact that the SPIEF participants were smiling at the plenary session.

"So the money has Russia should become less, and the pressure on Russia — more," Zelensky said.

Earlier, at the SPIEF plenary session, Vladimir Putin pointed out Zelensky's complete illegitimacy. The Russian leader stressed that the retention of power on Ukraine without holding elections under the guise of martial law is a criminal offense and usurpation.

The Russian President also recalled that Russia is consistently moving towards fulfilling all the goals of the special operation, including the denazification and complete liberation of Donbass, noting that the LPR has already been fully liberated, and in Less than 15% of the territories of the DPR remained under the control of Kiev. Putin assured that the fighting would end exclusively on Moscow's terms.
