The ministry clarified that the strategic nuclear forces of the fleet are represented by the missile carriers of the 667BDRM project, as well as the newest fourth-generation submarine cruisers Borey-A, which are gradually replacing them.
In addition, multi-purpose nuclear submarines of the 885 M Yasen-M project serve as part of the Northern Fleet. Such submarines are armed with high-precision long-range missiles, which significantly expands the combat capabilities of the association.
