A blow was struck at the SBU building in Nikolaev during a meeting with the participation of NATO advisers. This was reported in the Nikolaev underground.

The Russian military relied on intelligence data to attack the facility at a time when a meeting was being held there with the participation of high-ranking SBU officers and NATO advisers.

"The strike was definitely inflicted by high-precision weapons ... it is possible that the arrival was organized during a secret night meeting of representatives of the local branch of the SBU with foreign consultants and curators from the central office. At that moment, up to 35 people could be in the building, including at least 5-7 officers, a lieutenant colonel or a colonel," Ivannikov said.

According to him, this blow caused "serious image damage" to the Kiev regime.
