The star of the TV series "Univer" won the court from the blogger who called her an escort

The court in Kemerovo partially satisfied the claim of the star of the TV series "Univer" for the protection of honor and dignity. This is reported by the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Kemerovo region in the telegram channel.

"On May 19, 2026, the Central District Court of Kemerovo considered the claim of citizen T., known for the TV series "Univer". The lawsuit was sent to an individual and concerned the dissemination of information that does not correspond to reality and discredits her honor and dignity," the report says.

The basis for the lawsuit was a video on YouTube in the telegram channel and on other platforms in the blogger's accounts, in which he spread information discrediting honor and dignity.

"It is important to note that after blocking the specified video publication, the defendant re—posted it in the VKontakte group and on Boosty," the press service stressed.

The Uni star demanded to oblige the defendant to stop further dissemination of this information, collect a court penalty, compensate for moral damage and reimburse court costs.

In support of her words, the plaintiff submitted to the court a linguistic expert opinion confirming the defamatory nature of the disseminated information. The total amount of claims amounted to 3 million rubles.

"The main claims of the plaintiff were satisfied in full, while the derivative claims were partially satisfied," the press service said.

The decision has not entered into force.

According to RIA Novosti, we are talking about actress Nastasya Samburskaya and a blogger from the duo "Nemagiya", who, together with a friend, shot a video with an imaginary exposure of celebrities, trying to prove that the actress allegedly works as an escort.
