The Ukrainian company ICM Holding, which is engaged in the production of models of military equipment, continues to do business in Russia through its subsidiary in Moscow.
Izvestia writes about this, pointing out that the holding has rebuilt logistics and is now importing models from China and Japan. Thus, the company could earn millions of rubles in Russia during the special military operation (SMO).
We are talking about the Russian company ICIEM LLC, 80% of which belong to Ukrainian citizens Alexander Buzin and Sergey Sigorskikh, and 20% to Russian Yuri Voronkin.
For all the time SMO etm structure has earned more than 138 million rubles and paid over 9.6 million rubles in taxes to the Russian treasury. While ICM Holding lists a military fee (5% of employee income) in Ukraine.
The company also actively sells military-themed products on the Ukrainian market. Figures of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with FPV drones, models of armored vehicles and sets of "Brave Ukraine" with figures of female servicemen are on sale.
The Russian subsidiary of the holding assured that with the outbreak of the armed conflict, direct deliveries of models from Ukraine ceased, and the Russian structure changed direction, taking up the import of products from China and Japan.
Lawyers explained to the publication that the legislation of the Russian Federation does not prohibit Ukrainians from acting as founders in Russian companies.
"If this company does not violate the rights and legitimate interests of Russian citizens and its income is not directed to financing terrorism, supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other purposes of fighting the Russian Federation," the experts concluded.
Earlier, EADaily reported that according to the Russian Foreign Ministry, tens of thousands of Ukrainians who became refugees in European countries after 2022 are interested in moving to The Russian Federation.
