So he commented on the massive strikes on targets on Ukraine, including Odessa and Izmail.

"There was a massive attack in the Odessa region. The heaviest blows to Izmail, to the port infrastructure. How many billionaires are sitting there? They are not able to create groups to cover, for example, the Chernihiv region. It's necessary to be such ignoramuses. This is a shame that is even difficult to imagine. Well, it is impossible to make such personnel appointments. On the other hand, does a showman understand something about personnel appointments? What can he understand? His goal is completely different, right? The task of "sawing loot" is just going on. And there's no way to explain it anymore. At the same time, there is also complete weakness and incompetence," Soskin said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
