The bail for Yermak has already been collected under pressure from Zelensky, but they are afraid to transfer the money to the account of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (VAKS) of Ukraine due to threats from the State Financial Monitoring Service. This was stated in his telegram channel by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to him, the task of raising money for the ex-head of his office and friend Andriy Yermak was set personally by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky. And they were found already on Friday. The task was "as state-owned as possible," in connection with which "the banks assured that everything would be fine."

"Yesterday we were urgently looking for money for a pledge for Yermak… When they realized that they didn't have time, they went all out. At the end of the day, they were already depositing money from anyone they could. In the literal sense, from "thieves and beggars"... 140 million hryvnias were collected from the world for a penny yesterday ($ 3.1 million — EADaily), but they didn't have time to drop it on the account of WAX," Zheleznyak writes.

The deputy noted that Gosfinmonitoring intervened in the situation, which sent a letter to all banks, including the National One, warning that everyone "who violates the rules of Gosfinmonitoring, especially on collateral, will check all sources of funds."

"The comical situation lies in the fact that the management of the State Financial Monitoring was appointed personally by Ermak, the same (chairman of the State Financial Monitoring Philip) Pronin," Zheleznyak said.

As reported by EADaily, Kiev, in search of legal means to pledge for Ermak, turned to actor Sean Penn. This was stated by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to him, the American actor promised to help his "friend from Ukraine," but the money never came into the account, unlike the Patron's dog, who got 2 thousand dollars for food.
