Meanwhile, Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said today that Washington wants to end the conflict on Ukraine as soon as possible, but it requires a lot of effort.
"America wants quick results, but they are not always possible, because negotiations are very complicated, there are a lot of details. America has said before that they would like to do it as soon as possible, that it can be solved almost overnight.
