Europe should improve relations with Russia, because without it there will never be peace there. This was stated in an interview with Die Welt by German politician Klaus von Donanyi.
"There will be no peace in Europe without Russia. Never! And why not? Just look at the map. We are an appendage of the great Eurasian continent, which is mainly occupied by the Russian Federation," said Von Donanyi, quoted by TASS.
European countries "should get along with their neighbor," while defending their own interests, he added.
