In the USA, the story of the executive director of one of the divisions of JPMorgan bank, 37-year-old Lorna Heidini, is gaining momentum. The woman is accused of assaulting an employee, Indian Chiraj Rana.
According to the victim, since the spring of 2024, the boss secretly mixed strong sleeping pills and Viagra into his drinks. She forced the man to have sex, including oral caresses. The guy even got into meetings where Lorna grabbed his private parts right under the table. The employee cried and tried to resist, but Heidini threatened to destroy his career.
At the same time, she called the subordinate "brown boy" and "curry", and his wife — "fishhead". In addition, the top manager controlled the personal accounts of her victim.
Now the victim has filed a lawsuit. He suffers from post-traumatic disorder and receives anonymous threats. The case has already been transferred to the New York Supreme Court, and the whole financial world is now closely watching its outcome.
JPMorgan did not notice this. An internal audit of the bank revealed nothing, the company's management denies everything. As a result, the victim was blocked from accessing corporate systems and sent on forced leave. Lorna Heidini, who has worked at the company for almost 15 years, remained in office, however, she deleted her LinkedIn profile.
The American media took this situation ambiguously, complaining about the lack of evidence. True, JPMorgan recalls links with Jeffrey Epstein, the bank continued to work with him after his conviction in 2008 for crimes against minors. And this is another argument in favor of the potential guilt of the company.
