The singer, People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov spoke about the comments on social networks with reproaches for the lack of voice and statements about the loss of the status of the king of the Russian stage. The artist's words were heard at the gala dinner of the "Movement" award from MUZ-TV, Channel Five reports.

"And then, you know, now it has become fashionable to write: "Kirkorov has no voice," "Kirkorov is no longer the same." Who is the wrong one? I am the one. I was, am and will be. The main thing," he said.

Kirkorov added that the words about the status of the main one were a joke.

"Well, yes, a legend. We will consider it so," the artist agreed favorably.

He believes that now the "main ones" are, for example, Sergey Lazarev, Dima Bilan.

"What they have, I already had," Kirkorov concluded.
