Theater actor in The Moscow region and his wife stabbed each other during a quarrel

The bodies of a man and a married couple were found in one of the apartments in Mytishchi near Moscow with stab wounds to the chest and neck, the apartment door was locked from the inside. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow region department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.

"According to preliminary data, on April 19 of this year, at night from an apartment located in a house on Vorovsky Street in the city of Mytishchi, there were screams of a quarrel that took place between spouses living there," the report says.

When law enforcement officers and emergency services arrived at the apartment, the door was locked.

"After its autopsy by the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the bodies of spouses with stab wounds of the neck and chest were found in the room," the press service of the TFR department specified.

An inspection of the scene was carried out, knives were seized. Currently, a complex of examinations has been appointed, witness interviews will be conducted. A criminal case has been opened on this fact under part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).

According to the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region, the couple quarreled because of the woman's desire to divorce.

According to the telegram channels Shot and Baza, the dead are 28-year-old actor of the theater "Fest" Vladislav Bengraf and his 23-year-old wife Evgenia. He was an actor of the Mytishchi theater "Fest", one of his last roles was the Marquis in the play "Cyrano de Bergerac". His wife was in charge of the make-up shop in the same theater. During the quarrel, the man stabbed his wife in the neck and chest, after which she stabbed him in the neck. Both injuries were fatal, the couple died on the spot.
