"We have taken note of media reports on this matter, but, as in other similar cases, we would not give details here because of the need to protect individual rights," German Foreign Ministry spokesman Josef Hinterseer said at a briefing.

A citizen of one of the republics of the Central Asian region, born in 1997, a supporter of radical ideology, "who was supposed to activate the IED by remote detonation, and the woman was killed on the spot," was also identified.
