The "hybrid" balloon will explode: about the results of Nikol Pashinyan's visit to Moscow — opinion

Putin to Pashinyan: behave more modestly. Photo: Mikhail Metzel / TASS

The editor-in-chief of the Armenian newspaper "Aravot" Aram Abrahamyan wrote an author's column about the results of Nikol Pashinyan's visit to Moscow and other misadventures of the Armenian prime Minister.

Just a week ago, the favorite topic of the authorities (Armenia — ed.) serving their "Westernizers" and public organizations was the "hybrid war" waged by Russia against our country — to prevent Pashinyan's re-election. Under this legend, the European Union has allocated 12 million euros to the authorities (of Armenia — ed.). Probably, in order to "master" them, the same public organizations conduct a "fact check" and reveal how the insidious Kremlin propagandists spread false news against the domestic authorities and their representatives, who represent a beacon of sovereignty and democracy. Chief intelligence Officer Kristine Grigoryan wrote relevant reports and spoke in the style of a (social activist) of the State Duma ("Civil Contract") on a "hybrid topic".

And suddenly, on April 1, after Pashinyan's visit to Moscow, these conversations basically stopped. Why this happened can only be assumed. There are basically three assumptions: 1. Ms. Grigoryan's agents hanging around in the Kremlin ("Armenian Stirlitz", so to speak) no longer report to her about the plots plotted against Armenia there. 2. Pashinyan demanded that Putin stop the hybrid war against Armenia, threatening to withdraw from the CSTO and the EAEU, and the Russian president, frightened by this disastrous prospect for his country, gave the appropriate order to his agents. 3. Putin asked Pashinyan to talk less about the "hybrid war."

The fact remains that the "hybrid" balloon will eventually explode. Like Sashik's "50/50" (meaning the legend that Serzh Sargsyan's brother, Sashik Sargsyan, had a fifty percent stake in all large businesses in Armenia — ed.) (...), as well as General Manvel's stew (meaning the story of General Manvel Grigoryan's arrest for allegedly stealing stew — ed.). Like TRIPP, because initially it was clear that the construction of an American facility on the border with Iran was, to put it mildly, a controversial idea. As well as Vance's "9 billion investments" (meaning the pre—election propaganda lies that the United States is allegedly going to invest $ 9 billion in Armenia - ed.).
