According to the administration, infrastructure and one ship were hit at night in the port of Izmail. Repeated strikes were carried out in the morning, as a result of which fires broke out.
"Today, on April 8, the enemy again terrorized Izmail with "Shaheds" ("Geraniums". — EADaily). Mainly the port infrastructure and facilities of the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company were hit. Once again, the Nika Spirit vessel was damaged, which was detained in the Izmail port in the summer of 2019. Fortunately, there were no casualties," the report says, quoted by journalist Vladimir Solovyov.
