NABU launched an investigation against Budanov*

NABU has launched a preliminary investigation into Kirill Budanov❶. This is reported by RT with reference to a source in the Ukrainian special services.

" As RT found out, the subject of the new investigation was possible financial crimes to which Budanov❶ could have been related during his work as the head of intelligence ", the note says.

It is noted that the name of the ex-head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov ❶ has already been mentioned in the materials of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) in the case of his ex-deputy Irina Mudra. She was arrested in August on charges of laundering $3.3 million.

As reported by EADaily, the head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky Kirill Budanov ❶ is looking for money for collateral for his former deputy Irina Mudra, wrote "Ukrainska Pravda". Budanov ❶ fears that if he does not have time to quickly post bail for the Wise, who was detained by anti-corruption authorities, she may testify against him, sources of the publication say.

According to them, it was Budanov❶ who instructed his former subordinate to collect money to pay a pledge for former Energy Minister German Galushchenko, which is why the anti-corruption authorities allegedly detained Wise.
