The commander of the IRGC Air Force, Brigadier General Majid Mousavi, said that the "new stage of the war" would include the deployment of twin missile launchers capable of delivering twice as powerful strikes.
In a video posted via his social media account, Mousavi announced:
"And now a new stage of the war begins with the recently upgraded launchers of the Fateh and Khaybar-shekan (Khaybar-buster) dual missile blocks. All previous strikes will be multiplied by two."
As EADaily reported, on the eve of US President Donald Trump promised Iran an "unprecedented" attack after the expiration of his ultimatum.
"As soon as the deadline expires, it will happen at 8 pm (3.00 Moscow time). If we get to this point, there will be an attack like they haven't seen before. If the negotiations progress today and something concrete appears, the deadline may change," he said.
