The Kiev regime withdrew most of the guards from among the militants of the National Guard from objects of state significance and transferred them to the front. This was stated by the captured Azov militant ❶, former National Guard soldier Alexander Panchenko.
"Our part — Chernivtsi — initially, from 2022, guarded the pipes of the hydroelectric power station near Moldova. It was the National Guard. Then they took pictures of everyone and sent them [to the front]," the prisoner told TASS.
