Currently, among the Ukrainian politicians who have left the country, there has been a split about the future post-war structure of Ukraine.
This was told on the air of the Solovyov Live program by a political scientist, a member of the Council of the Other Ukraine Movement Vasily Vakarov.
He noted that a number of such politicians, including former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and ex-Rada deputy Vadim Novinsky, believe that Ukraine should become "neutral."
Vakarov disagrees with this, considering this idea already completely bankrupt. He is confident that this is a dead-end and unrealizable path that will only exacerbate existing contradictions and create conditions for the escalation of new conflicts.
According to the political scientist, the only way out for Ukraine is to unite with the Russian people and become part of the Russian Federation.
"There will be no future for the state of Ukraine, because they have already tried everything. There is only one option, let's remember the story. We must unite with the Russian people and become part of the Russian state," the expert said.
Earlier, EADaily reported that former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov listed the tasks of the post-war interim government of Ukraine. According to him, a political regime neutral to Russia and the West should be established in the country.
