The list includes Fesco Moneron (Fesco Moneron), Fesco Magadan (Fesco Magadan) and Sv. Nikolay. In the USA, their ownership is attributed to subsidiaries of Promsvyazbank and Alfa-Bank. According to the Marinetraffic vessel tracking service, Fesco Moneron is currently located in Nagayev Bay near Magadan, Fesco Magadan is off the coast of Japan, and Sv. Nikolai — in the Sea of Azov.
The OFAC permit temporarily removes bans on transactions for the sale, delivery or unloading of crude oil and petroleum products of Russian origin. It applies to cargo taken on board before March 12, 2026 (12:01 EDT) and is valid until April 11, 2026 (12:01 EDT).
