To preserve their famous castle in the village of Mud near Moscow, singer Alla Pugacheva and her husband, comedian and TV presenter Maxim Galkin❶ undertook a cunning scheme. This is reported by the StarHit portal.
The star couple re-registered part of the real estate for 12—year-old twins - Harry and Lisa.
"The heirs of the famous surname now have 1/6 of the share of the mansion," the publication says.
According to experts, the couple took this step out of fear of losing their home. Against the background of the transfer of shares to children, any third-party transactions with this property will become problematic.
"By the way, the owners regularly pay utilities and taxes, and special staff monitors the condition of the house," the portal also claims.
As reported by EADaily, in recent years since the departure of Pugacheva-Galkin❶ from Russia has repeatedly called for the withdrawal of the singer's castle to the state's income and to find a better use for it. Among other things, it was proposed even to create a "Full House" residence there. The diva herself tried to sell a six-storey property allegedly for 1 billion rubles. But there were no buyers.
It turned out that the castle was not officially registered in the state cadastre due to the desire of the spouses to optimize taxes. No one bought the house, because at any time the new owner could have received an order to demolish the facility.
