The star family of Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin *, as it turned out, was able to save 180 million rubles on taxes for a castle in the village of Mud near Moscow. Details are reported by the SHOT Telegram channel.
The source claims that the Diva's mansion was not registered on the cadastral map, so the family paid taxes only for land with an area of 12 thousand "squares". Each year the amount was about 170 thousand rubles.
But in the case of registration of a house with a total value of 600 million rubles, the singer and her spouse had to pay 2% of this amount or 12 million rubles. That is, over the 15 years of the castle's existence, a rather impressive sum of 180 million rubles could have run up.
But the star couple has not appeared in the Russia, does not live in the house, and Pugacheva intends to turn it into a Museum of love. There is no talk of a return yet, Pugacheva admitted in a recent interview that such things "do not make up her mind."
