As EADaily reported, this night the British Akrotiri airbase in Cyprus was attacked by a drone. The President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, claimed that the Shahed unmanned aerial vehicle was used for this. The British Ministry of Defense confirmed the incident.

And as the press secretary of the Government of Cyprus, Konstantinos Letimbiotis, has just reported, two more drones heading to the British Akrotiri Air Force base were intercepted this afternoon.
