The flight range is from 700 to 1400 kilometers, the maximum speed at the exit from the atmosphere reaches about 4-5 Mach, that is, about 1400-1700 meters per second.
When entering the dense layers of the atmosphere on approach to the target, the rocket speed decreases to Mach 2-3, but at the same time the rocket retains a sufficiently high kinetic potential to overcome the enemy's air defense / missile defense systems.
