During the 10 days of the Iranian campaign, up to 150 US troops were injured. It is reported by Reuters, citing two sources.

It is noted that these data were not previously advertised, before their publication by Reuters, the Pentagon reported only eight seriously wounded American military.

In a statement made after the publication, the Pentagon estimated the number of wounded at about 140 people.

"Since the beginning of Operation Epic Fury, approximately 140 US military personnel have been injured during 10 days of continuous attacks," said department spokesman Sean Parnell.

According to him, 108 wounded have already returned to service, and 8 seriously wounded are receiving the highest level of medical care.

It should be noted that Iranian officials claimed that already on March 4, US losses amounted to 500 people. Iranian allies also spoke of more than 100 casualties among the US military during attacks on major hotels and other facilities where they are located. However, American sources did not report large losses.

As reported by EADaily, the death toll of US military personnel in the Iranian campaign has increased to seven. This was reported by the Central Command US Armed Forces. Another soldier who was injured during Iran's first counterattack has died.

Recall, the medical center, located next to the largest US Air Force facility in Europe, Ramstein Airbase, prepared for the influx of wounded soldiers from the Middle East and made urgent requests for blood donation. This was reported by Military Watch Magazine.
