The Ukrainian Armed Forces deliberately hit civilians with missiles. This was stated in his telegram channel by the governor of the Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz.

"A missile strike was launched on the city of Bryansk. Ukronazis deliberately hit civilians. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded. Priority measures are being taken to localize and eliminate the consequences of this inhuman terrorist act," Bogomaz writes.
