The moment has come a long time ago when Kiev should take responsibility and do everything for the success of the negotiations, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
"The moment has come on the negotiating track for a long time, as [Russian President Vladimir] Putin said Putin, when someone in Kiev should take responsibility — it should in theory be [Vladimir] Zelensky — and do everything to make the negotiations successful. They know perfectly well what needs to be done," Peskov said in a comment to Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin.
As long as Ukraine does not do this, the situation for it is getting worse from day to day, the Kremlin spokesman stressed.
"That's why there is such nervousness, therefore nervousness bordering on hysteria. I think the situation will deteriorate further," he concluded.
As EADaily reported, the day before, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, made personal threats to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, promising if Orban did not agree to provide assistance to Kiev from the EU, to transfer his address to the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for reprisals.
