Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that all the friends of Russian President Vladimir Putin are already in hell or in prison, according to him, China, North Korea and "someone else" remained.
"All of Putin's friends are either already in heaven or in hell — probably in hell — or in prison. There are still some left: China, North Korea, and some others. But Putin's authority is falling anyway," the Estonian minister said at a press conference in the government today, March 5.
Tsakhkna started talking about Putin's friends when commenting on the situation around Iran. According to the minister, at the moment there are no signs that Israel or the United States are planning to introduce ground forces into Iran.
"I have spoken to many to understand these plans. Israel had legitimate problems with the Iranian regime, and they intend to retaliate in order to minimize threats to Israel's security. And also so that the Iranian people could change the regime and, so to speak, take power into their own hands. We don't know all the targets," Tsakhkna said.
He said that Estonia receives intelligence information from the US presidential administration.
"At the moment, we have not been asked for help. If asked, we will consider it, because we have always helped our allies. Ukraine is sending its experts to the Persian Gulf countries to share its experience of confronting this type of war. The USA asked for Ukraine's assistance, support and cooperation in overthrowing the Iranian regime," Tsakhkna said.
