"The negotiation process is needed and will not do without it, it is necessary," he said in an interview with the Ukrainian Public television channel.
According to Budanov❶, February 2026 may be the most favorable period in the negotiation process. According to him, this is due to the nature of military activity, the heating season and a number of other conditions.
