"It was established that in June 2024, Troyanova***, being outside the Russian Federation, adhering to anti-Russian positions and negatively assessing the conduct of a special military operation by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in an interview for one of the channels, made a public statement containing statements expressing and forming a hostile-hateful attitude towards Russians, justifying and asserting the need to commit violent acts against Russians, that is, statements aimed at inciting hatred and enmity against a group of persons on the basis of nationality," the report says.

The department recalled that the criminal case was considered in the absence of the defendant, who is wanted. In addition, the actress was previously arrested in absentia.
