"Both are tough, both are smart... both are very strong leaders. You can't play with these people," he said.

He also tried to explain his decision to resume nuclear tests in the United States.:
"We have to see how it works. The reason I'm talking about testing is that Russia has announced its intention to conduct a test that North Korea is constantly testing. Other countries.
