OSINT-analysts have published a map of known air defense positions around Moscow. It is reported by the UNIAN news agency.
"The map shows the positions of the Pantsir missile defense system in green, the S—300 in orange, and the S-400 in red," UNIAN writes.
According to analysts, the complexes are not constantly located at each of the points marked on the map, they periodically move "between positions."
Satellite images have also been published.
As reported by EADaily, the European air defense is still one of the weakest links in NATO's defense potential. This was stated by Czech security analysts interviewed by the CTK news agency.
According to the experts interviewed, the European air defense system does not have an effective enough protection system against ballistic missiles and UAVs. Experts agree that Europe depends on the United States in this area and without American assistance, the effectiveness of defense will be significantly limited. As noted by security analyst Vlastislav Brziza, European air defense is weak in the segment of protection against ballistic and hypersonic missiles.
