Officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Russian troops appeared on the outskirts of the Estuary

Ukrainian sources report that the Russian military infiltrated the outskirts of the city of Liman (Krasny Liman) in the Kramatorsk district of the DPR, where they clashed with Ukrainian units.

This fact was confirmed in his Telegram channel on October 24 by an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with the call sign Alex.

"Contact with the enemy has recently been recorded on the outskirts of the city of Liman," he writes.

So far, it is not clear to the Ukrainian commanders whether these are linear infantry, or individual infiltrated sabotage and reconnaissance groups.

"However, this does not make the situation any easier, but only confirms the chaos in this area," admits the officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As EADaily reported, earlier the Ukrainian Telegram channel "Legitimate" reported that "many" Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups operate on the right bank of the Dnieper in Kherson.
