The information appeared a few days after Trump announced a new meeting with his Russian counterpart. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov are also not planning face-to-face meetings, the official said, calling their telephone conversation yesterday "productive."
