The Russian Armed Forces struck targets in Kharkov with corrected aerial bombs. This was reported by the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov.

According to Terekhov, as a result of the arrival, a powerful fire broke out in the Saltovsky district. There was also a flight to Sloboda district, the mayor added.
According to local publications, after the strikes on Kharkov, part of the city was left without electricity and water.
