At the beginning of October in In Russia, a new cash account replenishment service will start operating through ATMs of third-party banks and with the use of SBP. Features of the editorial mechanism "Gazeta.<url>" was explained by Alina Moroz, Deputy commercial director of the fintech company Paygine.
The most important thing is that the possibility of depositing bills to a card of one bank through an ATM of another remains.
But there will be limits of three levels — 25, 50, 200 thousand rubles for one operation. The restriction will apply to a person, and not to every bank, that is, the SBP operations center will be checked against the available balance for a particular citizen. If the threshold is exceeded, the transaction will be blocked.
Transfers between accounts will not be counted, as they are subject to preferential limits. The right of banks to charge a commission for a service rendered to a client of another organization will also remain. According to Alina Moroz, the authorities went to such a tightening in order to prevent the introduction of unaccounted-for cash into non-cash circulation.
