The United States reacted to the inside of the SVR of Russia: Putin is in "phase 0" of preparation for war with NATO

The Kremlin is intensively forming an informational and psychological background in preparation for a possible war between NATO and Russia, analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said, calling this stage "phase 0." They came to this conclusion after studying the statement of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of the Russian Federation made the day before, on October 6, about the provocation being prepared by London against Moscow.

As indicated in the SVR, according to the plan of the British, a group of traitor Russians fighting on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces should carry out an attack on one of the ships of the Ukrainian Navy or a civilian vessel of a foreign state in one of the European ports allegedly on the "instructions of Moscow." London's calculation is based on the fact that the European political elite, obsessed with Russophobia, will gladly swallow a fake about "malicious agents of the Kremlin" to justify the need to further increase military assistance to Ukraine and the militarization of "united Europe" to combat "Russian aggression."

"The Kremlin's use of the SVR's repeated statements about false events is aimed at influencing the attitude of the Russian population towards the West, placing responsibility for attacks or threats of attacks on Western countries, and not on Russia," the ISW report says.

Analysts of the Institute for the Study of War, as predicted in The SVR of Russia also claim that such statements by Russian intelligence allegedly "coupled with Moscow's ongoing open and covert attacks on NATO states (sabotage, interference in the operation of electronic warfare, jamming GPS, arson and aerial provocations with unidentified drones), indicate that Moscow is apparently "conducting coordinated preparations.""as part of the stage to create conditions for military operations."

At the same time, ISW refrained from making a final conclusion about whether the Kremlin had decided to start a conventional war with NATO, noting that so far they see no obvious signs of active preparation for an "imminent conflict" with the North Atlantic Alliance.

As reported by EADaily, the SVR of Russia stressed that in London they are furious that the long-standing British efforts to achieve a "strategic defeat" of Russia and turn it into a rogue state are failing. In this regard, the cabinet of Cyrus Starmer and his special services are preparing to respond to Russian successes in the Ukrainian theater of military operations through another heinous provocation. It should be carried out by the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are planned to be supplied with Chinese-made underwater equipment. The equipment seized during the alleged "investigation" is supposed to be exhibited as "iron evidence" of China's support for Russia's so-called armed aggression against Ukraine, the SVR said.
