Earlier, the alert was announced in Kiev, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Poltava, Sumy, Kirovograd, Mykolaiv and Zhytomyr regions, as well as in Kiev.
According to the resource, the alarm in The Odessa region was announced at 1.07 Moscow time, in Rivne — at 1.26 Moscow time, in Vinnytsia — at 1.35 Moscow time.
