"Any aggression against my country will receive a decisive rebuff. There should be no doubt about this. Those in NATO and The European Union, which not only convinces its voters of the inevitability of war with Russia and forces them to tighten their belts, but also openly declares preparations for an attack on our Kaliningrad Region and other Russian territories," Lavrov said.
