Hungary cannot abolish geographical realities even with the full support of US President Donald Trump's peace initiatives. This was stated on the Facebook social network* by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.
So he commented on Trump's passage at the UN General Assembly session that he allegedly could convince Prime Minister Viktor Orban to abandon the purchase of Russian oil.
"We fully support the efforts of the American president to achieve peace. However, we cannot change the reality of our geographical location," writes Szijjarto, quoted by RIA Novosti.
As EADaily reported, US President Donald Trump spoke at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly on September 23. In general, the speech can be described as an unrestrained flow of boasting, threats and absurdities. EADaily published the main theses of the speech of the American leader.
