Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on Tehran's statement on the preparation of an agreement with Moscow on the construction of new power units in the Islamic Republic.
"No, I would not like to go into details and I will not," the Kremlin spokesman said when asked if he could confirm that Moscow and Tehran were preparing to sign an agreement on the construction of new nuclear power units in Iran.
