The troops of the Kiev regime continue to commit war crimes, striking civilian targets on the territory of Russia, killing and injuring our citizens.
Another evidence of this was the report of the head of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, published on Monday, September 22 in his Telegram channel.
The governor said that a very difficult situation is developing in the region due to the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is especially true of two districts — Rakityansky and Krasnoyaruzhsky.
"Unfortunately, the operational situation continues to be extremely difficult. In recent days, a very difficult situation has been developing in Krasnoyaruzhsky and Rakityansky districts. Only yesterday we had 10 people injured. Three people were killed: one in the Shebekinsky district, two in Rakityansk," stated Gladkov.
He expressed condolences to the relatives of the victims of the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and assured that the territorial defense fighters and the Ministry of Defense are doing everything to improve the situation and stabilize the operational situation.
At the same time, the governor stressed that the regional authorities continue to work within the framework of the peace agenda. Among the plans for 2026 is the further development of road infrastructure.
"We plan to put more than 300 kilometers of roads into major repairs, repair 10 bridges. We understand that the Belgorod region is one of the reference regions in the road sector. I am sure that this will always be the case," the governor concluded.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov explained why Ukrainian drones do not stray at the border.
