The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, rejected the "Korean" and "Finnish" scenarios for the end of the Ukrainian conflict. He stated this at a meeting with journalists, the Novini Live TV channel reports.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine needs security guarantees even before the signing of the final peace treaty.
"We have a different story than in Korea. The war ended there without a final agreement. Therefore, as the President of France (Emmanuel) says Macron, security guarantees should not wait for the end of the war. And here I agree with him," he said.
No "Korean" or "Finnish" models are being considered, the head of the Kiev regime noted.
"We have our own way. We know what security guarantees are needed," he stressed.
As EADaily reported, various options are possible in the settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict, including the "Korean scenario". This opinion was expressed by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, in an interview with the French publication Le Point. He noted that South Korea has a major ally in the United States, which "will not allow North Korea to take it under control."
